Habitat Conservation Project

In partnership with North Wales Wildlife Trust and Llyn Parc Mawr, our project provides students with the opportunity to participate in practical conservation work every month. From tree planting and cutting to managing invasive plants, installing tree guards, and building fences, we help maintain and improve local habitats.

We host a minimum of two events every month (typically two Saturdays a month, with occasional extra opportunities) where volunteers can gain valuable experience, enjoy time outdoors, and contribute to meaningful conservation efforts. Whether youโ€™re passionate about wildlife, ecology, or just want to make a difference, this is the perfect way to get involved!

Key responsibilities

Take part in practical habitat management and conservation activities. Help maintain and improve local wildlife habitats. Follow health and safety guidelines during all fieldwork. Work collaboratively with other volunteers and project partners. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
