Work with us!
A student-led volunteering project, working in partnership with the North Wales Wildlife Trust.
Want to play an active part in restoring nature locally? We'll be running weekly visits to newly acquired reserve, Bryn Ifan, to plant lots of trees and clear some footpaths! Situated on the Llyn Peninsula, the site covers 450 acres of land near Clynnog Fawr and is a beautful location for a day out. The Trust hopes to work in partnership with local farmers and communities to restore nature, including a celtic rainforest and habitats for rare butterflies, birds, ferns and flowers!
In partnership with North Wales Wildlife Trust and Llyn Parc Mawr, our project provides students with the opportunity to participate in practical conservation work every month. From tree planting and cutting to managing invasive plants, installing tree guards, and building fences, we help maintain and improve local habitats.
We host a minimum of two events every month (typically two Saturdays a month, with occasional extra opportunities) where volunteers can gain valuable experience, enjoy time outdoors, and contribute to meaningful conservation efforts. Whether youโre passionate about wildlife, ecology, or just want to make a difference, this is the perfect way to get involved!
Minimum commitment level: Twice a month
Start Date: 13-10-2025
