Our new Feedback Form is your go-to tool for submitting academic feedback that reaches the right people in your School. 

 

What Can I Give Feedback On?

This form is for you to feedback on your academic experience (that's your course and anything that impacts your studies). You can share ideas for new projects or activities, challenges that impact your studies or suggestions for improvements. 

Here are some things you might want to feedback on: 

• 🏫 Resources and learning spaces (library, labs, software, equipment)

• 📚 Course content and curriculum

• ✍️ Assessments and feedback (deadlines, clarity, timing)

• 🤝 Academic and pastoral support

• 🚀 Employability and development opportunities (placements, careers support)

• 📅 Organisation and management (timetables, communication)

• ♿ Accessibility (any barriers to learning)

 

What NOT to use this form for:

Please do not use this form for:

• Personal comments about staff or other students: Please keep your feedback focused on your learning experience and do not name individual staff members or students. If you need to report a concern about a staff member, you should contact your Director of Student Engagement directly, or seek support from the Student Voice team by emailing studentvoice@undebbangor.com. 
• Personal issues: Reps are not able to support with wellbeing issues, help you with your studies or approach individual staff members on your behalf. 
• Disclosures of misconduct: Reps are not trained to deal with disclosures of sexual misconduct, violence or harassment. If you have experienced sexual misconduct, violence or harassment, the University has a dedicated support service for this. You can find information and support here.
• Official complaints: Undeb Bangor can support you with making a formal complaint if necessary, but please contact academicadvice@undebbangor.com, not your school rep team. 
• Confidential information: if you are on a professional course, please remember that patients'/students' personal details should remain confidential and should not be shared with your rep. 

How It Works:

You submit your feedback through the online form: Feedback to your School Reps – Fill in form or by scanning a QR code found on posters across your School and the University. 

Please note that you will need to be logged into your Bangor Univeristy microsoft account to access this form.

Your School Reps will receive your feedback, review it, and pass it on to the relevant staff. 

You’ll be kept in the loop and informed of the outcomes, closing the feedback loop! 

Tip: Make sure to select the correct School when filling out the form so it reaches the right reps.
