At Undeb Bangor, we’re here to make your student experience the best it can be. We provide opportunities, support, and a strong community to help you get the most out of your time at Bangor University.

Whether you want to join a club or society, get involved in sports, take part in volunteering projects, or campaign on the issues that matter most, we’ve got you covered. With over 100 societies, 60 sports clubs, and more than 30 volunteering projects, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to build on existing passions!

We also offer tailored support through UMCB (Bangor’s Welsh Students’ Union), ensuring Welsh language, culture, and student voice thrive on campus.

Our dedicated Academic Advice and Support team is here to guide you through university processes, from appeals and complaints to disciplinary hearings, providing free, confidential advice when you need it most.

Students lead the way at Undeb Bangor. Each year, elected Student Officers represent your views, run campaigns, and work closely with the University to drive change. You can also step up as a Student Trustee, work with us in flexible student staff roles, or even shape your own campaign.

From sexual health and mental health awareness to housing, sustainability, and inclusion, our campaigns reflect what matters to you.

At its heart, Undeb Bangor is a community, a place to meet people, try new things, and make your time at university unforgettable.
