School Reps
School Reps are volunteers who are the link between students, your school and Undeb Bangor. They ensure that student feedback is collected and shared so that positive changes can be made to your academic experience, by working in partnership with school staff and Undeb Bangor. It’s important to know who your reps are and how you can feedback so that improvements can be discussed and implemented.

Become a school rep
This is the role for you if you are passionate about making a real difference, improving students’ academic experience and getting student voices heard.
As a School Rep, you will gather and analyse feedback, work with school staff and your fellow reps while creating meaningful change for your school and cohort.
It’s a great way to improve your skills and build your confidence. We’re looking for students to step up to represent their fellow students across all levels of study, from Undergraduate to PhD students.
Logging your rep hours
It’s important that you keep track of your work as a rep by logging your hours. Any time you spend speaking to students, analysing the feedback, meeting with other reps, meeting with your school staff, all of this can be logged as time spent as a School Rep.
How do I log my hours?
You can record your representative hours by logging into your account/profile, going to ‘My Volunteering’, and selecting ‘Timesheet’. From there, you will need to ‘add timesheet’ and add the date, the number of hours completed, a short description of your activities, and any skills you developed.
Once submitted, your timesheet will be reviewed and approved by your opportunity provider, after which it will be saved to your profile.
