At Undeb Bangor, we encourage all volunteers to log their hours so we can recognise the time, effort, and impact you put into your volunteering. It also gives you a great way to evidence your experience, celebrate your achievements, and be featured in our awards and social media spotlights.
Volunteering hours contribute to your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) and are used to celebrate your commitment through our award scheme:
Receive a Bronze certificate and official recognition for your contribution. It’s our way of saying thank you for getting involved and giving back.
Earn a Silver certificate, recognition at our awards evening, and a special gift in recognition of your continued commitment to the Undeb Bangor community.
Celebrate a major milestone with a gold certificate, top-tier recognition, and the chance to be featured in our Volunteer Spotlights.
You can record your Volunteering hours by logging into your account/profile, going to ‘My Volunteering’, and selecting ‘Timesheet’. From there, you will need to ‘add timesheet’ and add the date, the number of hours completed, a short description of your activities, and any skills you developed.
Once submitted, your timesheet will be reviewed and approved by a Project Leader, after which it will be saved to your profile.
