We’re inviting students to take part in our Student Officer Accountability Panel, taking place on Tuesday 24 February 2026, 1-2pm.
This panel is all about students holding student leaders to account. Our Student Officers are elected by students to represent student interests, and it’s essential that students have the chance to question them, challenge them, and make sure they’re delivering on what they were elected to do.
The panel brings together student representatives from schools, clubs, societies, and volunteering projects, alongside a Student Officer from another Students’ Union, creating a space for meaningful discussion and accountability. We’d love for you to get involved.
What’s involved?
Student Officers will write short reports on their work, shared in advance and published on our website
Students can submit questions based on these reports
As a panel member, you’ll help question and challenge Student Officers and ensure student voices are heard
Following the panel, the Student Voice Team will publish a report highlighting key points and recommendations for the wider student body.
If you’re passionate about representation, accountability, and student voice, this is a great opportunity to be part of the conversation.
