How to use Digital Rep

1. First, you'll need to login using your student ID.

2. Go to the Representation tab at the top of the page, then click on Feedback.

3. Here you can view exisiting student feedback. Click on each title to view more information.

4. When you click on a title, you can see what the poster has written in full. If you agree with what they're saying and want this change to be implemented, click like. If you disagree, you can click dislike. You can also leave comments and see other students' comments at the bottom of the page. 

5. Going back to the main feedback page, you can see resolved feedback using the tab at the top. 

6. To add your own feedback, go to the left hand side of the page and choose from New Idea, New Concern or New Praise. A New Idea can be anything you want to see on your course or in your School. If you have a problem you think needs to be solved, click New Concern. Or if you want to feedback on something you think your School is doing really well, or you want to acknowledge some really great teaching, click New Praise. 

7. This will take you to a screen where you can add a title and a description. Try and include as many details as possible, and suggest a solution if possible to any concerns. Please also refrain from naming any staff or student names in your feedback. If you have an issue with a particular module, for example, you can use the module title or code. 

8. Finally, check the anonymous feedback box if you want to submit your feedback anonymously, and click Submit. 

9. Once your feedback gets 5 likes, it will be sent to your Course Rep for action. This is to make sure that yourt issue is a collective issue. Your course rep will be able to reply to your feedback to let you know what they're doing about your feedback, and the outcome of any actions they've taken.
