As a club we pride ourselves on making sure we play as competitively as possible, whilst also offering a development team. This allows a mixture of experienced and inexperienced players to enjoy their time within the club, during life at Bangor University. For the 2023-24 academic year, we entered a men's and a women's team into the EHA's BUCS Northern Division qualifying rounds, in addition to competing in Varsity against Aberystwyth University, we held a 2-day home tournament, had a beach handball tour in Portugal, and friendly competitions against other universities!

For the 2024-25 academic year, we will have the following (optional) competitions:

• BUCS - involves two qualifying rounds, and a final.
• Beach handball tour - hosted in Portugal over Easter.
• Varsity - competing in Bangor against Aberystwyth!
• 2-day Home Tournament - this will involve 3-4 other universities coming to Bangor for a big weekend!
• And other friendly matches TBC!
