External Trustee  

David is a graduate of Bangor University having been sponsored to do a Banking degree by NatWest.

He was active with the Student Union and was Welsh Affairs Officer, before being elected as President of the Student’s Union.  He also wrote for a student magazine of that time called Y Ddraenen and also active with UMCB.

David has worked in London and Cardiff,  holding a number of senior management positions in marketing and digital development for two FTSE 100 companies, a ‘dotcom’ start up and a stint at a Digital agency.

He is currently Chief Executive of TPAS Cymru – the tenant voice and engagement organisation for Wales.  

David lives in Penarth, south Wales with wife and teenage son.

He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Benthyg Cymru and on the National Council of Cartrefi Cymru.
