Come and spend some time connecting with the natural environment and feel the benefits of being immersed in green spaces.

You will be guided by an experienced Wellbeing in Nature Leader and Ecologist 

on how to make the most of spending time connecting to nature whether it is 

alone or as part of a group.

Byddwch yn cael eich arwain gan Arweinydd ac Ecolegydd Lles mewn Natur 

profiadol ar sut i wneud y gorau o dreulio amser yn cysylltu â natur, boed ar ei 

ben ei hun neu fel rhan o grŵp.

Meeting Point Details:

*Roman Camp Bangor - (meeting point: Bangor Leisure Centre - Car Park)

*Eithinog Nature Reserve - (meeting point: North Wales Resource Centre - Car Park)

*Bangor Mountain - (meeting point: Pagan's Pole Circus Academy - Front of Building)

*Treborth Botanical Gardens - (meeting point: Treborth Botanical Gardens- Main Building)

Advisory Note for each of the Walks: 

Please arrive up to 15 minutes before the start time, dress for the weather, wear suitable outdoor footwear and bring something to drink.
