Volunteer day at aspen nursery

Jenny Wong and wild-resources are an aspen specialist nursery just outside Bangor looking to provide trees of this rare native tree for habitat restoration projects across north Wales. If you’d like to find out more about our work and help prepare trees for planting then we are hosting a volunteer day at the nursery on the 7^th November.

Jenny Wong will give a small talk and answer questions about her project to restore the UK aspen trees, genetic testing and history of the species, so come to the nursery and help pack trees for delivery the following week to the RSPB estate at Vyrnwy.
