Welcome to the Bangor University Boxing Club.

Boxing is for everyone of all abilities, everyone is allowed to join at any point in the year and both new and experienced boxers are welcome. Please feel free to come along to a session and try it out if you are interested.

Our weekly sessions are:
Fridays 20:00 - 22:00 @ Normal Site Gym 2
Saturdays 18:00 - 20:00 @ Normal Site Gym 2

These sessions are focused on learning and practising correct boxing technique as well as developing and maintaining physical fitness, we usually run a variety of cardio and circuit exercises followed by more technical boxing teaching and exercises. We pride ourselves for being a friendly club and most of our members are beginners so there's no need to be shy. No matter your personal fitness or boxing experience you will be made welcome, Just bring a willingness to learn and do your best in the sessions and you will gain alot.

Concerning gear, just come wearing loose clothes. T shirts, vests, joggers, shorts, trainers etc. We have gloves and pads at training. If you decide to commit to boxing then getting your own gloves and hand wraps is a good idea.

Croeso i Glwb Bocsio Prifysgol Bangor.

 

Mae bocsio ar gyfer pawb o bob gallu, mae pawb yn gallu ymuno ar unrhyw adeg yn y flwyddyn a chroesewir y ddau focswyr newydd a phrofiadol. Mae croeso i chi ddod i sesiwn a rhowch gynnig arno os oes gennych ddiddordeb.

 

Ein sesiynau wythnosol yw:

Mae'r sesiynau hyn yn canolbwyntio ar ddysgu ac ymarfer techneg bocsio cywir yn ogystal â datblygu a chynnal ffitrwydd corfforol, fel rheol byddwn yn cynnal amrywiaeth o ymarferion cardio a chylched, ac yna ymarferion ac ymarferion bocsio mwy technegol. Rydym yn ymfalchïo am fod yn glwb cyfeillgar ac mae'r rhan fwyaf o'n haelodau'n ddechreuwyr felly does dim angen bod yn swil. Ni waeth beth yw eich profiad ffitrwydd personol neu'ch profiad bocsio, fe'ch croesewir, Dim ond yn barod i ddysgu a gwneud eich gorau yn y sesiynau a byddwch yn ennill llawer.

O ran offer, dewch â gwisgo dillad rhydd. Crysau T, breichiau, joggers, byrddau byr, hyfforddwyr ac ati. Mae gennym fenig a phapur wrth hyfforddi. Os ydych chi'n penderfynu ymrwymo i focsio, yna mae cael eich menig a'ch rhwystrau llaw eich hun yn syniad da.
