Judo, which means "The Gentle Way", is a Japanese martial art, which emphasizes the principle of maximum efficiency in order to allow opponents to be thrown using the least amount of physical strength necessary.
Judo is one of the most popular sports worldwide, being both intellectually stimulating and an awesome cardio workout, and can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level.
