If learning a bit of practical self-defence, getting fit and making good friends along the way sounds appealing to you, you’d probably enjoy a session or two (or more!) with the Bangor Jitsu Club! We do traditional Jiu Jitsu – ‘the Gentle Art’, from which the related martial arts Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Aikido are derived – with emphasis on quickly dealing with multiple opponents at once, so whether you’re training to be Batman or just searching for a more badass alternative to aerobics class, you will definitely find what you’re looking for with us.

Our training times this year are:
Sundays 2 - 4 pm
Tuesdays 6 - 8 pm
at Normal Site Gym 2
