We at Undeb Bangor have arranged emotional resilience training with Two Roads Charity, to help give you the skills you need to help deal with what life throws at you.

What is Emotional resilience?

Emotional resilience is your ability to keep your mind calm in a stressful situation or crises.

Emotional resilience is a major defence against clinical depression, anxiety and other common mental health issues.

What will be covered in the training?

The training aims at helping individuals develop the life skills to become highly resilient people, the programme will help you improve your resilience thereby protecting your mental health. Topics include; how resilience develops, how to protect yourself, and much more.

This training will be something you can put down on your CV and you can get BEA points for participating in the training.
